What do you charge per hour?

Here at Flatpack Assembly Services we don’t charge any hourly rates. We’ve determined a fixed price list which means you know exactly how much your job will cost before we start. We’ve used proprietary systems and procedures to come up with competitive and fair pricing! Give us a call now to find out how much your installation will cost!

How long is the wait time for booking?

Usually our lead time from booking to installation is between 2-3 Working Days, however these times can extend out during our busiest times of the year. Give us a call and talk to one of our friendly staff about the lead time in your location!

Do you take away the packaging?

Yes we do! We’re passionate about customer service and each of our franchisees will remove all of the packaging once a job has been completed!

Do I have to be home?

Depending on the item to be assembled, the access to your home and whether you have any pets will determine whether you need to be home during the assembly process. If you can’t be present during your assembly, just let your local franchisee know and they will work around you to accommodate!

Do you Guarantee your work?

Yes! All of the work we do is guaranteed! In the rare occasion in which we’ve made a mistake will ensure we fix it asap, free of charge!
